📦 Processing Time + Delivery Times 

  • Orders with stock available are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated once in your shopping cart. 

Please note: We are not responsible for delays due to customs, natural events, or carrier disruptions.

💼 Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

  • Items marked as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order will ship according to the estimated production timeline stated on the product page. You’ll receive updates as your item is prepared and shipped.

📫 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and us within 3 business days.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.

✏️ Shipping Address Changes

  • Shipping addresses can only be updated before the order ships. Please email us at contact@doizpe.com as soon as possible.
